The sumptuous and durable quality of our Scala Panama hats are the result of hours of finely weaving and blocking 1600 threads per square inch of toquilla palm fibers by hand. The unique legacy of handcrafting authentic Panama hats has been preserved by a handful of skilled Ecuadorian artisans.
Raffia Collection
The natural fibers from palm tree leaves native to tropical Africa and Madagascar are called raffia, make these beautiful hats. Raffia’s strong durability and flexibility make it the perfect travel companion when packing your hat to international resorts or staycations by the pool.
Toyo Collection
Toyo straw is constructed from coated rice paper that is woven into a smooth, lightweight material. It has the characteristics and hand of natural straws fibers, but offered at a more accommodative price range compared to panama and raffia collections. Toyo hats are a perfect complement to relaxed, beach attire and will make you stand out at any afternoon soirée.
Sewn Braid Collection

Our straw hats are handwoven from genuine, naturally green-hued seagrass. Woven with an open weave to promote ventilation, these hats are light and airy.
